Hi, I am Sam Beal, a trained and accredited coach who works alongside individuals, teams and groups to support wellbeing and build the ability to move through this challenging world with more ease.

About Me

Why coaching?

We live in a messy, sometimes beautiful, but always uncertain and changing world. Sometimes we can feel overwhelmed by what is going on inside us and what is happening around us. We don’t have to journey through complexity and challenge alone. Coaching can help to ease the experience of struggling in this unwell world by drawing on your strengths, lived experience, and inner wisdom.

As an IFS-informed coach, I support you in listening to the different parts of yourself — the ones that feel burdened, the ones trying to protect you, and the ones that hold hope and joy. Together we explore how these parts can work in greater harmony, helping you move forward with more clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.

Coaching provides connection, space to sit with what is painful, strategies for coping, and opportunities for meaningful change. You decide what to focus on — perhaps you’re navigating a difficult transition, facing challenges at work or at home, wanting to improve your wellbeing, or seeking direction in a new phase of life. Try coaching and discover what dedicated time and focused support can do.

I have worked in education, provided workplace coaching in the public sector, and now specialise in supporting those working in education, the health service, and the community and voluntary sector. I offer coaching for life transitions including midlife, menopause, and for those in parenting and caring roles. Above all, I welcome working with anyone who is curious about themselves and their next steps.
