Wellbeing coaching for challenging times

Join me in compassionate conversation to reflect, explore and create new ways of thinking, feeling and doing.

Hi, I am Sam Beal, a trained and accredited coach who works alongside individuals, teams and groups to support them to find ways to feel better and function better.

Why coaching?

We live in a messy, sometimes beautiful but always uncertain and changing world. Sometimes we can feel overwhelmed by what is going on inside us and what is happening around us. We don’t have to journey through complexity and challenge alone. Coaching can help to mitigate the experience of being in this unwell world and will draw on your strengths and experience.

Coaching provides connection, opportunities to sit with what is painful, strategies for coping and opportunities for small and big changes that make a positive difference to us and those around us. You decide what to focus on in coaching - it could be that you are going through a difficult transition, you have challenges at work or at home, perhaps you want to improve your wellbeing or find what it is you want in a new phase of life? Try coaching and find out what having some time and space focused on you, can do.

I have worked in education, provided workplace coaching in the public sector and now specialise in providing coaching to those working in education, the health service and the community and voluntary sector. I provide coaching for transitions including in midlife and menopause. However, I welcome working with all who are curious.
