The Caminito del Rey (the King’s Little Path) is a walkway hanging at certain points 300ft above ground from the steep walls of a narrow gorge in El Chorro, Andalucia. It takes you through the Gaitanejo gorge, the Tajo de las Palomas canyon and over the Puente del Rey suspension bridge.

Not many people I know have had coaching and so I wonder if not many people, outside of the coaching world, know what coaching is. Or if they do, they don’t think it will be time or money well spent.
