Coaching for all

Coaching provides time and space to explore what is important for the individual being coached. I am committed to offering coaching to anyone who is ready to make small or big steps to feel better at work, at home or in themselves. I welcome working with and learning alongside people who may have differences to me and we can explore what I may need to be aware of in this coaching relationship to meet needs.

Interested in coaching?

We can meet for a 30 minute session to explore what you want out of coaching and whether we would work well together and we will take it from there. There will be no ‘hard sell’ and if I am not the best coach for you, I would be happy to suggest others who may be.

Specific coaching offers

  • Wellbeing at Menopause

    Menopause is time of challenge, change and transition. Coaching can support with the management of symptoms and midlife challenges and a space for new perspectives. 1:1 and group coaching for wellbeing at menopause is offered.

  • Wellbeing in Education

    Coaching provides time and space to reflect and build on strengths, explore and review practice and identify opportunities for improving the wellbeing for those working in a challenging sector.

  • Group Coaching

    Group coaching provides an opportunity to learn about yourself from others and through being in community with others. Group coaching for wellbeing is offered and bespoke group and team coaching opportunities can be provided on request.
